We provide services that can be in person, virtual, and even text chat that allow the individual to match up with a counselor that is right for them and/or their family. Additionally, the EAP can be a great resource to help teammates or household members navigate caregiving support needs.

2: Employee Resource Groups that Foster a Free-to-Be Culture: At Bridgestone, we are creating a workplace that fosters a culture of acceptance where you are Free to Be your true self because what we need is who you are, unchanged by the feeling that you might need to be a certain way to “fit in.” Being your true self is what matters in life — and that matters to us.

We are proud to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion by building a team as diverse as the world we serve. In addition to instilling cultural competence and awareness in teammates.

Our teammate-led employee resource groups (ERGs) create an opportunity to bring teammates and allies together based on shared characteristics, life experiences, and interests as they learn more about one another through community outreach and volunteering, mentoring and development opportunities, and internal and external networking.
